University of Colorado Boulder Health and Wellness Summit set for Nov. 4-5

The 9th annual University of Colorado Boulder Health & Wellness Summit, a two-day event, is set to take place Nov. 4-5.
The event is hosted by Employee Health and Well-Being, bringing together CU faculty, staff, and students for workshops, presentations, and activities focused on enhancing well-being and connecting attendees with essential campus resources. The event features expert speakers, panels, workshops, and interactive activities across all eight areas of wellness.
Whether attending in person or virtually, participants will leave with practical tools and resources to support their well-being long after the Summit ends.
Day one of the Health and Wellness Summit is packed with in-person activities and hands-on workshops, including the Employee Benefits and Wellness Fair (Noon to 6 p.m.), where faculty and staff can explore campus wellness resources. The in-person event takes place in the UMC Glenn Miller Ballroom.
Day two of the Health and Wellness Summit takes place in a hybrid format at the UMC Glenn Miller Ballroom and virtually, featuring a full day of conference presentations and panels. Attendees can join in person or online.
Non-keynote session recordings will not be available this year.
